БОЛЕЗНЬ СТИЛЛА И БЕРЕМЕННОСТЬ: СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ
Аннотация
Системный ювенильный идиопатический артрит и болезнь Стилла взрослых в настоящее время рассматриваются как единое аутовоспалительное заболевание с полигенным характером наследования – болезнь Стилла (БС). Появление объединённых клинических рекомендаций Европейской антиревматической лиги (European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology, EULAR) и Педиатрического общества ревматологов (PediatricRheumatologyEuropeanSociety, PreS) являются принципиальным изменением существующей доктрины, призванным устранить имеющийся разрыв между педиатрической и взрослой службами. Данные рекомендации представляют собой первое консолидированное мнение по диагностике и ведению детей и взрослых с БС. Однако вопросы репродукции при БС остаются крайне слабо освещёнными. В попытке прояснить взаимосвязь БС и беременности по ключевым словам «болезнь Стилла», «ювенильный идиопатический артрит» «беременность», «акушерские осложнения», «перинатальные исходы» были проанализированы публикации, размещённые в базах данных PubMed, eLIBRARY, за 2010–2024 годы.
